Estates at Bay Colony is the most prestigious neighborhood within Pelican Marsh located in North Naples. There are 75 homesites within 280 lush acres accessed through an additional gate within Pelican Marsh. which also features a meticulously kept golf course designed by Robert von Hagge.

Estates at Bay Colony residents enjoy access to Signature Services, an exclusive concierge service program for residents in Bay Colony. Services include all home and land maintenance along with all of the services one might desire, like making sure your car is waiting for you at the airport or stocking your refrigerator with all your favorite things you like to eat and drink before making the short ride to Naples.

Construction began in 1995 and continued aggressively through 2006. Tear-down and new construction started in 2016. Home sites range in size, beginning at 2/3 acre and increasing to a full acre-sized lot.
