Georgetown at Pelican Bay is a gated single-family home enclave featuring only 35 homes. Located in the south-central portion of Pelican Bay, Georgetown is best accessed off Ridgewood Drive from Gulf Park Drive.

You'll find most of the homes in Georgetown offer lake views while odd-numbered homes on George Washington Way and Thomas Jefferson Court offer Pelican Bay Golf Course views.

Amenities

The only amenity in Georgetown includes a twenty-four-hour, seven days per week manned gated entrance. Lots here are oversized compared to other Pelican Bay single-family home neighborhoods.

The oldest homes in Georgetown date back to 1982. Many of the homes were built between 1986 and 1988 while one home was built as recently as 2006. Tear-down and rebuilding started in 2016 and will continue during peak market conditions going forward.

Many of the homes here will sell for over a million dollars during normal market conditions and over three million during peak market conditions. You can expect new homes offered for sale in Georgetown to sell for five to six million during good market conditions and as high as eight million during strong market conditions.
