Villas of Vanderbilt Beach is a beachfront high-rise building featuring eight floors and 26 condos completed in 1980 and located at 9715 Gulf Shore Drive. All four stacks offer 1,505 square feet of living space, two bedrooms, and a 24’x8′ beachfront lanai displaying sparkling views of the Gulf of Mexico. Walk across the mangrove bridge located a short distance out the lobby back door. Sink your toes in the sand or head for a swim in the sparkling swimming pool.

One of the special features of this location is that the La Playa hotel is just two buildings away. Grabbing a cocktail or a bite to eat is a snap, but it’s far enough away that you can experience a quiet place to relax on the sand. Boat docks are located on the Bay across the street for select owners.

Amenities and Attractions

Villas of Vanderbilt Beach residents enjoy a fabulous pool, tennis court, additional gated parking lot located under the tennis court, and direct access to the beach. Common areas were remodeled in 2020. The south public access point of Vanderbilt Beach is a vibrant beach location if you’re looking to venture down to find something fun to do. Activities like parasailing and jet skiing can be found here. The Turtle Club, a delicious beachfront restaurant featuring inside and outside dining, is a must-go venue. The Ritz Carlton is also fabulous for grabbing a cool drink or beachside lunch at Gumbo Limbo.

Rental and Pet Policies

Villas of Vanderbilt Beach owners are permitted to rent their units 3 times yearly with 60-day minimum stays. Residents are permitted to keep one dog up to 35 pounds.
