Lausanne at Moorings
Lausanne at Moorings Naples, Florida, is a high-rise condo community located directly on the beach on Gulf Shore Boulevard featuring two high-rise condominium buildings. Although the buildings were built in 1980, don’t let the age fool you. These buildings were recently updated by Agostino’s Design Group, giving a fresh new design feel. Each building offers an amazing 12 stacks per building with floor plans starting just over 1,500 square feet of living space to over 3,200 square feet of living space. Located on an enormous tract of land, 3115 Gulfshore Boulevard (South) and 3215 Gulfshore Boulevard (North), you’ll find a huge pool and plaza deck nestled in between the two buildings.

Views in Lausanne vary depending on stack and building, with the best stacks for Gulf of Mexico views being both the ’08 stacks and the ’05 stacks. The ’05 stacks are pointed a bit more southernly, which will offer more light into the unit. If Venetian Bay views are more to your liking, you might consider the ’02 or ’11 stacks.
