Located on some of the most exclusive Naples waterfront available, Port Royal is comprised of estate-sized residences bordered by the Gulf of Mexico to the west, Gordon Pass to the south, Naples Bay to the east and Aqualane Shores to the north. Port Royal lots began selling in 1956 starting at just over $10,000.
Many of the original homes in Port Royal Naples, Florida have since been torn down and replaced with much larger and elaborate homes which weren’t necessarily what Glen Sample had in mind. Many prefer south or west facing lots as most of these residents reside here during the winter months only as opposed to north or east facing exposure. The rear exposure is definitely a quality reflected in the value and desire of the property. The quality of the water view is also a factor while assessing value as well.
Not every lot has immediate rights to the Port Royal Beach Club, one of the most treasured amenities to proper residents. If Beach Club membership is important to you, you’ll want to make sure it is offered on the property you’re considering.
