Aqualane Shores Naples, Florida
Aqualane Shores is positioned at the southern tip of Naples, Florida proper strategically between the areas of Port Royal and Old Naples. Considered one of the best best-boating communities in all of Naples, Florida, Aqualane Shores features about 350 homes sites and was one of the first areas to be developed. The first fill and dredging operation was launched starting in 1949, the same year Naples, Florida became an official city.

The first homes built here were completed in 1950. Since 2013, Aqualane Shores has been a neighborhood where tear-down and new construction is considered commonplace. In fact, there are more homes standing today built in 2009 than in 1950 but continues to be one of those Naples, Florida locations that continue to keep and treasure Old Naples charm and beauty. Located within a short distance are sugary white sandy beaches, the Naples Pier, Third Street shopping district and the world-renowned Fifth Avenue. The least expensive home to sell closed in 1997 for $259,000 while the most expensive home to ever sell closed in 2007 for $15,000,000.
