Welcome to Henderson Creek Park, a quiet waterfront community along Henderson Creek. Henderson Creek Park is located roughly equidistant between Downtown Naples and Marco Island. Henderson Creek Park features both manufactured homes and traditional single family residences, and one of the few such communities to have no mandatory HOA or Co-Op fees.
Within Henderson Creek Park is the Henderson Creek Club. Membership is $500 per year with a volunteering requirement for the maintenance of the club grounds. Exemptions are $75 per year. Boat dockage is $225 per year.
Club members enjoy access to gulf access boat dockage (perfect for non-waterfront homeowners), a clubhouse, a pool and 6 shuffleboard courts.
