Naples Cay Information
Past Sales Site PlanHistory of Naples Cay
Development in Naples Cay began in the late 70s, with the first condo building (Sea House) opening in 1978. The beachfront attached villa enclave of Villas Raphael followed in 1987. Equity Sound Development Group built Westshore in 1988. Club and Beach House were completed in 1990. Shortly after, Seapoint was built in 1991. Resort Development acquired the remaining interest and developed Baypointe, which was completed in 1996 before selling the remaining parcel of property to WCI, where Seasons at Naples Cay sits today. Seasons at Naples Cay is a beautiful, low-density building (only 43 units) and was completed in 2002.
Rental Policies
Some condominium buildings' rental policies are considerably more lenient (weekly rentals as opposed to monthly or quarterly rental restrictions). This is excellent news if you want to rent or purchase as an investor. If you're looking for an area with less rental activity, consider Bay Colony or Park Shore.

Building Design
The residences in Naples Cay consist mostly of multi-story condos, but there is one beachfront villa community, Villa Raphael. This picturesque location is somewhat of a secret due to its tucked-away position behind the Seagate community. It lies on the shores of the Gulf of Mexico a short distance from Clam Pass Park, a public beachside park with a restaurant and bar. Residents appreciate it for the stunning ocean views, clear blue water, and enviable lifestyle, this gated community is best suited for those who like to lean towards the "off the beaten path" way of life.
Amenities
Beach House, Club at Naples Cay, and Westshore share a pool and fitness facility. These amenities are very busy during the season so if you like lots of activity and want to be around other people, you might consider purchasing in one of these buildings.
There are two tennis courts.
All other amenities besides that fabulous less active beach are building-specific. Please see more about the amenities on those pages.
Nearby
Naples Cay is surrounded by 33 acres of nature preserves for you to enjoy via paddleboard or a simple stroll.
The nearby Clam Pass Park will be your new favorite place to sneak away. This concealed beach is a tranquil place, unfound by the majority of tourists in the area. It looks to be a private beach but is, in fact, a Collier County park. With plenty of parking nearby, you can take a tram down to the beach or walk. After escaping from a mangrove forest, you’ll emerge at the beach. You'll be astounded by the clarity of this turquoise-blue water. As magical as any exotic island escape, this beach is one of the best in Florida. It also features a lagoon surrounded by mangroves for a true island-like experience.
If you want to find some shopping closer to home, the Waterside Shops, a shopping and dining complex, is the perfect place to go. Just five minutes away, you’ll find more than 60 food and luxury retail shops to choose from. It contains many high-end brand names for all your shopping needs. Or head to one of the independent eateries for an excellent meal after you’ve worked up an appetite by shopping. There's also a fabulous coffee shop called Kunjani located on the south side of Seagate Drive across from Waterside Shops. They have a beautiful array of sipping options, and their patio is lovely. You can always head south through Park Shore to miss the heavy traffic of Tamiami Trail and enjoy some time at Venetian Village, Naples's most exclusive waterside shopping and dining venue.
Naples Cay is just south of Artis-Naples, which is an arts complex featuring the Baker Museum and a performance theatre. Head along for a night of fabulous music and entertainment. Many plays are also staged here, including the smash-hit Hamilton. They have a wide assortment of entertainment shows all the time, so it’s best to check their website to see what is currently on the schedule.
