Hello Naples Friends!

I know some of my biggest fans have been missing my closed sales data since the switch over to the new site on March 1st. You will be happy to know I’ve added 2 years of closed sales data for all of the Naples neighborhoods where I focus most. Those include:

You can find the Naples closed sales information by clicking the link on the sales tab of each community. These links will be updated monthly.

Floor Plan additions are another task I’ll be working on this summer. I’ve heard from some of you who are really missing those. Many have already been loaded but I have a bundle more to go. In the meantime, if there’s anything you need, just shoot me a text or email and I’ll be happy to get it over to you ASAP.

A few other improvements:

• I’ve made some adjustments that will make pages load faster.
• I’m already placing better in Google which means it will be easier to find me when you need me. Please share my site with your friends if you think they might value the content you find here. That will help me out a bunch and make it even easier to find me when you need me.

I’ll continue to add market reports just as before but if you want the really detailed juicy content like the best deals, you’ll need to sign up to receive my newsletter because those details don’t get posted directly on the blog anymore. There’s a link at the bottom of this page to do just that!

Thank you for your patience and support over the last couple of months. Many of you have been really sweet to reach out and share your feedback and that means a great deal.
