Bay Laurel Estates at Pelican Marsh is a luxury single-family home community located at the southern end of Pelican Marsh best accessed from the Vanderbilt Beach Road entrance. Homes located on the west side of Purslane Drive offer a primary view of the preserve while homes located on the east side of Purslane offer views of the Pelican Marsh golf course and lake views. Blue Flag Way offers many lake and golf views while only 3 homes provide preserve views. Spikerush Lane offers strictly preserve views.
Construction in Bay Laurel Estates was only permitted by a short approved builders list. The first properties were built in 2000 with the final home completed in 2007.
