Les Chateaux at Pelican Marsh is a coach home neighborhood consisting of 96 homes in 12 three-story buildings designed in a neoclassic architectural style. It is located in the central portion of Pelican Marsh, just past the Pelican Marsh Golf Club on Les Chateaux Boulevard. Les Chateaux at Pelican Marsh provides lake and/or golf course views.
The residences of Les Chateaux, completed between 1996 and 1997, offer between 2,216 and 2,515 square feet of living area, each with a private, two-car garage. Les Chateaux homeowners enjoy a community pool, fitness center, and guest parking.
The owner of each unit may keep no more than two small pets of a normal domesticated household type, such as a cat or dog not to exceed 25 pounds each or one larger dog not to exceed 75 pounds. Lessees or lessees’ guests may not have pets under any circumstances.

- May friends who are visiting me bring their pets into my unit?
Answer No - I own three vehicles. May I park the third one in the driveway or a guest parking space?
Answer No. Garages provide for the parking of two vehicles. If you have a third vehicle, you must park it off-site from Les Chateaux at all times. There is no exception to this rule. - I wish to lease my unit more than once a year and for less than 90 days. Are there exceptions to the rule allowing only one lease per year and then for a minimum of 90 days?
Answer No - I want to lease my unit for more than one year. May I do this?
Answer No. A lease cannot be approved for longer than one year. However, as that year draws to a close, you may apply to the Board of Directors to approve extending the lease for another year with no changes except that the dollar amount of the lease may change. Both the unit owner and the lessee must sign a document to this effect, and then the owner applies through NPM to request that the Board of Directors approve the extension of the
lease. If there are any other changes in the leasing terms other than the dollar amount of the lease, then a new lease must be written up and signed by the owner, tenant, and approved in writing by the Board of Directors of Les Chateaux Condominium Association at Pelican Marsh, Inc. - I would like to install window treatments that do not show white or off-white when viewed from the outside for both my windows and my lanai. Can I have such treatments that are not white or off-while when viewed from the outside?
Answer No. - My children, as well as some of my guests' children who are under the age of 12, are excellent swimmers. May I send them unsupervised to use the pool and spa?
Answer No: when using the pool or spa, anyone under the age of l2 must be directly supervised by an adult who is 18 years of age or older and can swim. There are no exceptions to this rule. - I have a small dog that enjoys being outdoors. May I bring him to the pool when I'm there if I keep him on a leash?
Answer No pets of any kind are not allowed within the fenced area of the pool and spa or in the clubhouse. - May I take my dog off the leash when I take him outside for exercise and a walk?
Answer No. All pets must be on a leash anytime they are outside at Les Chateaux. This rule also applies throughout Pelican Marsh. There are no exceptions to this rule. - Since my garage is occupied with two cars and other items, may I keep such things as bicycles, tricycles, or scooters outside my unit either under the stairs, on the landings, or outside or other areas of the property?
Answer No. All bicycles, tricycles, scooters, and other recreational equipment must be kept within an enclosed space such as your garage, your unit, or your storage unit. (Note that only 202 and 203 units on the second floors at Les Chateaux have storage rooms.)
