History
After Stock Construction acquired the remaining lots, new construction in the neighborhood took off, and once again, the energy could be seen and felt throughout the community. Seldom does a property sell here for less than one million dollars. Examples of luxury home builders who have built here are Diamond Custom Homes, Seagate Development, STOCK Signature Homes, McGarvey Custom Homes, and Borelli Construction. The most expensive home to sell went for $7,000,000 in August of 2002.
