The Dunes is a high-rise condo and coach home development located at the corner of Bluebill Avenue and Vanderbilt Drive in North Naples. There are a total of seven high rises at The Dunes. Antigua, Barbados, and Cayman were the first buildings to be constructed and completed in 2001. Grande Dominica was completed in 2004, Grande Excelsior in 2005, Grande Phoenician in 2006 and Grande Geneva in 2007. The coach homes were completed between 2001 and 2002.
There are a total of 640 residences. Entry-level condos begin at approximately 1,893 square feet of living space and are located in the 3rd and 5th stacks of the Antigua, Barbados, and Cayman towers. Units increase in size all the way past 5,000 square feet.
Views from the upper floors in all the high rises include the Gulf of Mexico and Turkey Bay. Lush mangrove views are also available from lower floors.
The Dunes Amenities
A good clubhouse would be incomplete without dining facilities and The Dunes makes sure you have plenty of those throughout the community. You can enjoy casual dining at the Royal Palm Room, the Terrace, or the Sandbar, all situated in the Clubhouse. The Tiki Bar by the poolside is also a fun place to enjoy food but even more importantly, enjoy the happy hour every Friday night!
Amenities at The Dunes are outstanding, starting with the Plantation Club with pool, social room, dining room, 6 tennis courts, and fitness center with spa. The Floridian Club is a full-service beach club with food and drink service, a pool, and private beach access.
