Village at Pelican Bay is a single-family subdivision consisting of only 16 homes on Southfork and Pine Village Lane in the south-central portion of Pelican Bay.
Most homes were built in 1988, although a few were built in the '90s. One home was rebuilt in 2010. As time passes, more tear-down and rebuild activity is expected for this location. Home sizes begin at around 2,100 square feet and increase to just over 3,600 square feet of living space. Four homes enjoy lake views; four back up to Tamiami Trail but many backs up to other homes.
Policies
Village at Pelican Bay homeowners can rent their homes twice a year with 30-day minimum stays. Pets are permitted with approval from the association.
