The Vanderbilt Past Sales
The Vanderbilt Historical Sales
The most notable sale in The Vanderbilt occurred when 9235 Gulf Shore Drive #702 sold unfurnished for $4,000,000 or $195,000 under the full list price after 27 days on the market in July 2021. This condition of this unit would have been considered “original” by most prospective buyers. With that said, the building was completed in 2005 which makes the original condition here way better than that you would find in an older building.
To break the record in The Vanderbilt could likely require some recent remodeling using popular finishes. If that sale were to occur in 2022 remodeling would not be required. The sale would need to take place during favorable market conditions.
The least expensive unit in The Vanderbilt sold in February 2011 when 9235 Gulf Shore Drive #301 was purchased furnished for $2,385,000. This unit was only six years old at the time. While it was in original condition, most prospective buyers would have considered it to be in good condition.
For the last nine years, only one unit in The Vanderbilt has sold on the open market. If you like this building and one becomes available, I encourage you to act quickly.
