Residents in The Vanderbilt enjoy two parking spaces, unincumbered Gulf of Mexico views, a west-facing Gulf-front lanai, and an east-facing lanai encompassing views of the Bay. Early Development

Development of The Vanderbilt began construction in 2004 with Kraft Construction Company orchestrating the construction, Signature Communities Inc. as the developer, and Crawford + Associates were responsible for the original design. My Architect Inc. completed the building design and financed the project through Orion Bancorp, Inc.

Policies

Owners are permitted to keep two dogs not to exceed 35 pounds but are not permitted to lease their units.

Condos do not come on the market very often. If you like this building, I encourage you to act quickly on new offerings. Sancerre at the Moorings is a great alternative you may also consider.
