for 2 bedroom units and 1,594 square feet for 3 bedroom units. There are a total of 30 units making it a low-density building.
Bayshores at Vanderbilt Beach residents enjoy a large sparkling pool and expansive pool deck with direct Gulf of Mexico views and access. Bike storage and tennis are also available. Some boat docks are available but will sell with the property. A limited number of cabanas are located on the first floor are also deeded to individual properties. Under-building parking spaces with garage doors are available depending on the unit description.
A unique feature about Bayshores is the pool's location. Positioned on the south side of the property provides a lushly landscaped yard towards the Gulf of Mexico which prevents most residents from hearing pool chatter.
