Enclave Floor Plan

I just added the Enclave floor plan to my website to help you better understand the layout of each unit. Keep in mind many residents have altered rooms and walls over the years so you will want to rely on each individual floorplan for the most accurate information.

Most common Enclave floor plan changes:

• Many residents have chosen to enclose all or most of the lanai space. Original options included a west facing lanai and 2 south facing lanais. Square footage will reflect how much of the unit is under air.
• The kitchen varies between an open concept and closed concept. I’ve seen many variations.
• A bar is often added in the main living area breaking up the vast amount of space in that room.
• The master bath and closet space have been altered in many different ways.

Penthouse 4 (The highest most unit) offers an additional 379 square feet of rooftop terrace that can currently only be accessed via a winding staircase located in the master bedroom. This terrace offers amazing standing views but due to the concrete railing, no view can be seen while in a sitdown position.
