Many of Shannon’s clients have noted that traveling to the popular dining locations in Old Naples may not always be convenient after a long day of golf or tennis and dining. Of course, dining at the Mediterra Golf or Beach Club is always on option. Here are some fabulous dining options closer to Mediterra many residents enjoy.
1. Seed to Table
Seed to Table Market is arguably one of the most vibrant dining options located down the street from Mediterra Naples FL. Not only is it perhaps the best grocery store in Naples, but this unique shopping and dining experience also provides guests the ability to choose from an enormous variety of options. Gorgeous cuts of meat, fresh seafood, and a fabulous array of restaurant kiosks are located here not to mention three fabulous bars. If you haven’t been, put this at the top of your to-do list!
2. The Capital Grill.
One of Shannon’s favorite fine dining establishments is The Capital Grill, just 6.6 miles away from Mediterra. An outstanding selection of dry aged steaks and fresh seafood are paired with a Sommelier-selection of wines. Craft cocktails served by some of Naples’ finest staff can be experienced here. This location is perfect for celebrating special occasions or grabbing a delectable bite at the bar. If you haven’t already, try fillet mignon sliders! They are delicious
3. Fernandez The Bull Cuban Cafe
If you’re up for a little heat, Shannon’s number one pick for Cuban food in Naples is Fernandez The Bull Restaurant, located just five miles away from Mediterra. This casual dining venue may look like a typical strip mall dining joint from the road, but the flavors found at Fernandez pack a great deal of delectable character! It’s worth forgoing a fine dining aesthetic value for the food! There’s inside and al fresco dining. Try the Masitas de Puerco, Shannon’s favorite dish, here!
4. Jimmy P’s Burgers and More
If you know anything about Naples, you know the best cuts of meat are located at Jimmy’ P’s butcher shop on Tamiami Trail. Did you know they opened another restaurant just 5 miles from Mediterra? You can get those amazing Wagyu steaks and burgers without the long drive! If you haven’t tried their barbeque yet, you are seriously missing out! This location is a little more casual than the original Jimmy P’s Charred location on Tamiami Trail, but the quality is exactly the same!
5. Boston Beer Garden
Looking for a great place to catch a game? Even if you’re not a Boston sports enthusiast, The Boston Beer Garden is a fabulous place to catch up with your sports-loving friends. There are over fifty flat-screen TVs, two of which are 135 inches! Nearly 40 beers on tap and an amazing menu of appetizers, healthy salads, burgers, and traditional American entrees.
