Renaissance at Pelican Bay is a unique low-rise condominium designed after a Mediterranean villa featuring only eight units on the southern side of Pelican Bay on Pelican Bay Boulevard. Constructed in 1985, this subdivision comes complete with a heated pool and views of the Pelican Bay golf course. A European-inspired courtyard is another special feature here. Floor Plans
Floor plans start at just under 1,900 square feet for a two-bedroom unit and increase to 2,609 square feet for a three-bedroom floorplan. There is a common elevator accessible from the garage to your unit.
Interiors
Wood burning fireplaces (a feature you don't see very often in Naples condos) were a special feature included. Saltillo tile was also originally installed in most units. While very popular in other parts of the country, this flooring isn't received well in Naples and can be a messy and costly endeavor to remove.
Policies
Renaissance at Pelican Bay owners are permitted to rent their homes three times yearly with a thirty-day minimum stay. Residents are permitted to keep a pet upon approval.
