Pinecrest is a single-family community in the south-central portion of Pelican Bay off Ridgewood Drive. Development began primarily in the mid-'80s, although some houses have been torn down and rebuilt. Many of these houses range from 2,000 to 3,000 square feet, while few slightly stray from this typical size. There are 87 homes located here.
Pinecrest New Construction
Teardown and new construction began in 2017 and will continue through 2022. A new home will sell for a terrific premium, provided the floor plan and finishes attract most of the buyer prospect base.
