Naples Beach Club – Four Seasons Naples, Florida

Naples Beach Club is a condo/hotel development approved in 2021. The Athens Group is developing this enclave of residential beach and golf properties with Four Seasons branding. Hart Howerton Architecture, based out of New York and San Francisco, is responsible for the design.

Once plans were approved, presales and construction of the beachfront residences began. There will be three beachfront resident buildings, one beachfront hotel, and six buildings east of Gulf Shore Boulevard.

The beachfront hotel will have over 200 rooms along 1,000 feet of pristine beachfront property. Golf-side residences totaling just under 200 units will be located across the street. HB’s on the Gulf, a fabulous beachfront restaurant, and Sunset Beach Bar will return upon opening.

Other fun amenities available in Market Square will include a bowling alley, fitness facility, and full-service spa.

The Residents’ Beach Club will include a spa and fitness area, lounge, outdoor living space, private dining with food and beverage service, game and card room, and sunset overlook.
