Esplanade Club at Park Shore is a beachfront high-rise located between The Enclave and Aria at Park Shore. This highrise is considered “second position” (positioned roughly halfway between the beach and the boulevard.) It features 19 stories, 7 stacks with 121 units and was completed in 1981.
Views
If fabulous Gulf of Mexico views is an objective you want to accomplish, the “03 stack is going to be your ultimate target if you’re planning on purchasing in Esplanade at Park Shore. The ’04, ’05, and ’06 stacks also offer fabulous views of the Gulf but you will miss the ball drop during the warmer months of the year. The Enclave will be in your direct line of sight in the ’00, ’01, and ’02 stacks but Gulf views are still impactful.
Special Features
Many of the owners in Esplanade Club at Park Shore had impact glass installed. Check with each listing to verify if owners replaced their glass. This accentuates peace of mind during storm season.
