Park Plaza at Park Shore Naples, Florida is a fabulous Naples beachfront condominium located on the north side of Park Shore. This high-rise condominium enjoys the first position on the sand which means it sits closest to the beach. Although Park Plaza was built in 1984, it was recently remodeled, and judging from the common areas, one might find it difficult to guess the age of the building.

Park Plaza is comprised of 90 units within 20 floors and 5 stacks. Floor plans start at just over 2,600 square feet of living space and increase in size to just over 3,500 square feet. The most desirable stack is the '03 stack because it is the southern, west-facing unit which means lots of sunshine and fabulous Gulf of Mexico views but views from the '01 and '02 stacks offer brilliant water views as well.
Policies in Park Plaza
Owners are permitted to rent their units out 2 times per year with 90-day minimum stays. Owners can keep one pet with a maximum weight of 25 lbs.
Activities Close By
The Village Shops at Venetian Bay, Park Shore's waterfront shopping and dining experience is a short distance away. Many would consider this easy walking distance but there is plenty of parking for those who prefer to drive. The Park Shore Marina is a great place to rent a boat and take a ride through Venetian Bay or venture out to the Gulf of Mexico.
