Le Jardin at Park Shore is a low-density luxury beachfront condominium located at 4201 Gulf Shore Boulevard North. Le Jardin was completed in 1998 and is unique to Park Shore because it offers 3 stacks per floor within 20 floors providing a total of only 51 units. Most high-rises offer 4 or more stacks and have at least 70 units. Positioned between Provence to the South and Bay Shore Place to the North, Le Jardin sits in the third position on the sand (or closest to Gulf Shore Boulevard as opposed to the beach.)
Views
Views in Le Jardin are exceptional because they offer both Gulf of Mexico and Venetian Bay water views along with the twinkling lights at night from the neighboring buildings. Because this building is positioned near the dead center of the park, Gulf views grounded by the tropical park a dramatic. Because Regent is located in the first position on the sand nearby, there will be times residents won’t see the “ball drop” into the Gulf of Mexico. If you want to see that ball drop every day of the year, you might consider a first position building like Regent or Le Rivage as an alternative option.

Because of the lower density, Le Jardin’s floor plans are larger. Floor plans start at 3,669 square feet of living space and increase in size to 6,194 for a Penthouse unit. All units offer “front to back” floor plans which gives primary residents ample space between guests or other family members.
