Floor Plans in Le Rivage

There are two stacks in Le Rivage with 5 penthouse floors. The original North, South and Penthouse floor plans of Le Rivage are shown below. Many of my clients in the past have appreciated the size of the units due to the expectation of a large number of friends and family visits. These floor plans can accommodate entertaining easier than most of the high-rise buildings in Naples. Le Rivage is a low-density building with only 37 units.

A unique feature about Le Rivage is the ability to add or take away outside lanai space. Both interior and exterior floor plan changes are acceptable with approved plans. The South floor plan tends to be more popular due to the higher amount of sunlight recognized in the South residences. Some residents utilize lanai spaces on the south side more often during the cooler months due to the absence of cool north breezes experienced on the north side. Views from the north residences also include a beautiful view of one of the five manicured parks in Park Shore.

Penthouse One’s special features include an oversized lanai space on both ends of the building creating an amazing space both inside and out. This is my personal favorite unit at Le Rivage.

Because Le Rivage is located in the first position on the sand (closest to the Gulf) views, are dramatic and unencumbered by other buildings. While views are amazing, you will not achieve 180-degree views of the entire coastline unless you are in a penthouse unit. You can see the curvature of the building below. Le Rivage was designed this way to create a barrier between residents to provide the utmost privacy.
