Grosvenor at Pelican Bay is a high-rise condominium located in the south-central portion of Pelican Bay with direct access to the Pelican Bay beach tram. Grosvenor is a high-rise building with a central atrium, completed in 1983, offering 18 floors and six stacks featuring 101 units.
Views
Direct Gulf View Stacks
The '01 and '02 stacks offer the best views of the Gulf of America. Water views begin on the 4th floor, and the visual impact of the water increases with each subsequent floor. Units in these stacks are traditionally more expensive for this reason.
North-Facing Stacks
The '04 and '06 floors face North and will still offer indirect Gulf of America views starting on the 4th floor. Still, the direct line of sight from within these units is of Dorchester at Pelican Bay, which is located relatively close to Grosvenor. If privacy is a concern, you might consider one of the other stacks within the building as an alternative.
South-Facing Stacks
The '03 and '05 stacks are south-facing and also offer indirect views of the Gulf starting on the 4th floor. You can expect more sunlight in these units compared to those located in the '01 and '02 stacks. Chanteclair Maisonettes and Chantelair Manor are located South of Grosvenor, offering villa and low-rise products. As a result, you will feel a greater sense of privacy on this side of the building compared to the North side. Distant views of Glenview are in the line of sight from these stacks, but the building is far enough away to offer pretty twinkling lights at night. Most clients do not seem to be bothered by The Glenview due to the distance of the building.

Amenities at Grosvenor include a social room, fitness center, resort-style pool & spa, 24-hour security, 2 guest suites, library, card room, and barbecue area. Two-bedroom units start at just under 2,000 square feet of living space, while two of the seven penthouse units span over 5,500 square feet of living space.
Grosvenor Milestone Inspection Information
Phase I of the milestone inspection was completed on 12/20/24. Findings included:
1) There are structural elements that require repairs due to indications of substantial structural deterioration (spalling concrete). These areas are located at 1stand 2ndlevel garage level structural slabs, the pool equipment room beams and columns and on the underside of the pool level slab within the pool crawl space.
2) There were no instances of unsafe or dangerous conditions, as defined by the Florida Building Code, identified.
3) As a result of the above, a Phase 2 Milestone Inspection is required.
