St. Kitts is a high-rise condominium in central Pelican Bay off Pelican Bay Boulevard in the Crown Colony area of Pelican Bay. St. Kitts was completed in 1992 and features 22 floors and 97 condos. All stacks in the St. Kitts condos offer beautiful Gulf of Mexico views. Views start at about the 5th floor, and the water view becomes more impactful with each higher elevation.
Floor Plans
Entry-level floor plans start with the '02 and '03 stacks featuring 1,341 square feet with two bedrooms and increase to 3,722 square feet for a five-bedroom plus den penthouse. There are five stacks, with the '04 and '05 stacks offered as corner units, and the '01 stack floor plan features the highest amount of square footage.

A sparkling pool, hot tub, grilling area, social room, fitness room, and two guest suites, along with a long list of Pelican Bay amenities, are available for owners in the St. Kitts condo.
Access To The Beach
St. Kitts residents can access the Pelican Bay beach berm by walking next door just past the Cap Ferrat building, where tram access is available to take them to the Marker 36 Beach Club, a members-only beach amenity. For those who would like to access the South Beach Club, a walk to the Pelican Bay Commons location will allow residents to access the tram that will take you to South Beach, another members-only beach club.
Policies
Leasing - St. Kitts condo owners are permitted to lease their condos three times per year with 90-day minimum terms.
Pets - Condo owners may have one dog and one cat but not two dogs or two cats. The maximum weight is 25 pounds, and the max height is 12” at the shoulder.
