There are five stacks, with the '04 and '05 stacks offered as corner units, and the '01 stack floor plan features the highest amount of square footage.

Access To The Beach
St. Kitts residents can access the Pelican Bay beach berm by walking next door just past the Cap Ferrat building, where tram access is available to take them to the Marker 36 Beach Club, a members-only beach amenity. For those who would like to access the South Beach Club, a walk to the Pelican Bay Commons location will allow residents to access the tram that will take you to South Beach, another members-only beach club.
Policies
Leasing - St. Kitts condo owners are permitted to lease their condos three times per year with 90-day minimum terms.
Pets - Unit Owners, Guests or visitors may have small domesticated pets (limited to and defined as dogs or cats, a maximum of two, not to exceed 25 lbs in weight nor 12” high at the shoulder), as well as two (2) small caged birds, and a reasonable number of tropical fish in one (1) aquarium, provided they are not kept, bred or maintained for commercial purposes.
