St. Lucia at Pelican Bay is a mixed high-rise and low-rise condo community located in the central portion of Pelican Bay on Pelican Bay Boulevard. The high-rise condo building is located directly behind the St. Lucia low-rise buildings and next to the Pelican Bay Commons area and tennis courts.
St. Lucia High-Rise Condos
Completed in 1990, St. Lucia at Pelican Bay high-rise offers 15 floors and five stacks with 70 condos. All stacks offer a southwest primary exposure, and glimpses of the Gulf of Mexico can be seen starting on the 3rd floor. Ribbon views can be captured on the 4th-6th floors with good views of the Gulf starting on approximately the 7th floor. Some homeowners have under-building parking while others have covered carport parking.
St. Lucia High-Rise Condo Amenities
Amenities include a sparkling saltwater pool, 2 guest suites, fitness room, social room, billiards, and card room.
St. Lucia at Pelican Bay Low-Rise Condos
Low-rise condo buildings were completed in 1990 and feature eight condos per building. Nearly all low-rise condos offer a lake view. Floor plan sizes start in the 1,400s and increase to just under 2,000 square feet.
St. Lucia at Pelican Bay Restrictions
Leasing - Condo owners can lease their units annually with 60-day minimum stays.
Pets - Owners are permitted to keep one pet not exceeding 15 pounds in weight.
St. Lucia Beach Access
While no direct beach access is available off the pool deck at St. Lucia, the Pelican Bay beach trams can be accessed through the Pelican Bay commons area located next door.
