Beach Access
One major difference regarding St. Marissa at Pelican Bay is that there is no immediate beach access from the pool deck, which is normally what you will find from the Pelican Bay Boulevard high-rise condos in Pelican Bay. While the access to the beach tram is located within what many will think is relatively close proximity, prospective buyers who are interested in saving as many steps as possible may find this an issue. There may be other Pelican Bay condo buildings you'll find more appealing if this is the case for you.
Amenities
A building manager is available from 9-5 Monday through Friday, but there is no guard in the lobby of the building. Crown Colony is a gated community so that you will have a guard at the main entrance of Crown Colony 24 hours daily. There is also a phone entry located at the front entrance for guests. Other amenities in St. Marissa include a sparkling pool, spa, and two guest suites.
Improvements
St. Marissa condo owners approved a massive renovation that included new impact windows, a new roof, lobby renovation (2019), and new carports (2020). New entry doors and floor coverings to the exterior hallways have also been voted on.
Policies
Leasing - Owners can rent their condos three times yearly with 90-day minimum stays.
Pets - Owners can keep up to two pets under 20 pounds.
Schools
Seagate Elementary, Pine Ridge Middle School, and Barron Collier High School have achieved an "A" rating for academics.
