Breakwater at Pelican Bay is a gated low-rise condo and detached villa subdivision located at the north end of Pelican Bay off North Point Drive, accessible from Pelican Bay Boulevard or North Point Drive. Breakwater at Pelican Bay has 216 residences. The first building was completed in 1996. Completion of the neighborhood occurred in 1999.
Floor Plans
There are two different floor plans with either ten ft. ceilings or lofty vaulted ceilings. Sizes start at about 1,700 square feet of living space and increase to just over 1,800 square feet. All condos come with either a two-car private garage under the building or a two-car plus (additional room for storage) garage. Nine condos have a full three-car garage. Pets - Owners can keep a "reasonable" number of pets on-premise. No size or weight limits exist for pets now, but owners must carry or keep animals leashed outside the condo. Annual renters can also keep pets, but seasonal/short-term renters are not.
