L'Ambiance at Pelican Bay is a keypad gated low-rise condo community featuring 24 buildings and 188 condos. L'Ambiance is located at the northern end of Pelican Bay on the corner of Pelican Bay Boulevard and Hammock Oak Drive, adjacent to the Pelican Bay Fitness Center. Completion of the L'Ambiance condos occurred between 1995 and 1996.
Views
Condos with the most desirable views in L'Ambiance are lake and water feature views. Some condo buildings back up to other buildings. Past prospective buyers respond favorably to unencumbered views; please refer to the listing photos or ask Shannon for more direction if views are important to you.
Floor Plans
Condos range in size from 1,389 square feet to over 2,000 square feet of living space and offer two bedrooms and three bedrooms plus den floor plans. There are no elevators in L'Ambiance. If you or somebody you plan on entertaining has mobility issues, you might opt for a first-floor unit or consider other Pelican Bay condo availability.

Amenities in L'Ambiance include a sparkling pool, spa, clubhouse, and private fitness room. A residents-only easy access gate is also available to access the Publix Marketplace shopping center.

L'Ambiance condo owners are permitted to keep only one dog or one cat of any size. Condo owners can rent their condos 3 times per year with a 30-day minimum stay.
