St. Simone at Pelican Bay is a low-rise condo subdivision located on the southern portion of Pelican Bay off Crayton Road. Featuring just three condo buildings and 36 condos.
St. Simone was built in 1990 and offers either 1,306, 1,423, or 1,506 square feet of living space. If you see a unit featuring more than 1,506 square feet, it's due to the transformation of enclosing the lanai. While some people like this concept of adding additional square footage, others, especially those coming from up north who are looking for some outside space, typically frown upon this adjustment.
Views in St. Simone
Floor plans in St. Simone are very similar to Willow Brook and Glen Cove at Pelican Bay in that there are 12 condos per building; six on the top, six on the bottom, and the units back up to each other, so half the units offer a primary view of a pool or garden and the other half back up to the parking lots.
Beware of condos typically advertised as "none" or "landscaped" views. Those condos are typically the units that face the parking lot. Pricing usually reflects the primary view, with the more expensive condos having the better view.
Schools
Children attending Collier County Public schools will attend Sea Gate Elementary, Pine Ridge Middle School, and Barron Collier High School. All Pelican Bay schools have achieved an "A" rating for academics.

Leasing - Condo owners in St. Simone are permitted to lease their condo up to three times per year with thirty-day minimum stays.
