St. Thomas is a low-density, low-rise condominium community located directly in front of St. Maarten in the south-central portion of Pelican Bay on Pelican Bay Boulevard. Thirty-two condos were constructed in 1988 and feature two floors. For people with mobility issues or those planning on entertaining friends with mobility issues, a first-floor condo is advisable over second-floor condos due to the absence of elevators.
