Construction

Two low-rise condo buildings featuring 24 condos were completed in 1994. a brick paver parking lot and carport parking are available to residents. First-floor residences offer a walk-out towards the pool.

A centrally located pool and barbeque area are available for St. Vincent residents. Access to the beach tram is a short distance away.
