This fourth-floor condo includes three bedrooms plus a den, four and a half baths, 3,296 square feet, and a private two-car garage. Special features included a fabulously renovated space with professional design details. This unit went under contract after four days of market time and was sold for $10,500 more than the full list price. The buyer paid cash or required no mortgage contingencies to purchase.

Record-Breaking Opportunities

To break the sales record in Crescent would likely require a penthouse unit due to the space offered. A current remodel would greatly assist this achievement but would not be necessary depending on the market conditions.

The Best Deal in Crescent

The best deal in Crescent at Pelican Bay sold in November 1996 when 8453 Abbington Circle #8-821 closed for $315,000. This three-bedroom, two-bath unit had 1,825 square feet and took 214 days to sell. It sold for $14,000 off the full list price.
