Floor Plans and Construction
Villas in Las Brisas were completed between 1982 and 1988 and offer between 1,980 square feet for a two-bedroom or two-bedroom plus den up to 3,022 square feet of living space for a three-bedroom plus den. Most of the homes offer one-story floor plans with high ceilings. Two-story plans typically offer master suites downstairs with guest accommodations upstairs. The use of skylights and transom windows allows for an abundance of natural light that prospective buyers value.
