Sand Pointe at Pelican Bay is an attached villa community located at the corner of Green Tree Drive and Gulf Park Drive on the north-central side of Pelican Bay.


There are only 21 homes located within Sand Pointe at Pelican Bay on two short streets. 13 units were built in 1984, 5 units were built in 1985 and the remaining 3 units were built in 1986.


Most villas rely on their own sparkling pool and landscaped backyards for a view while six homes offer west-facing lake views.

Floor Plans

The smallest units offer just over 1,600 square feet of living space with two bedrooms while the 2 largest units offer just over 2,400 square feet of living space and three bedrooms. Past prospective buyers really like the vaulted ceilings here.


Sand Pointe owners are permitted to rent their homes one time per year with a thirty-day minimum stay. Pets are permitted with approval.


Sand Pointe is located roughly halfway between The Publix Marketplace and Waterside Shops making preparing your own food or venturing out for a great dinner are equally convenient.
