This unit was undergoing a full renovation by Knauf-Koenig Group, a highly-respected home builder and renovation specialist. The quality of the interiors of this unit could be described as current and highly desirable by a majority of the buyer prospect base for Allegro. The unit sold in 20 days for more than full price and was offered with furnishings by Clive Daniels for an additional $150,000. The unit sold for $2,299,000.
Breaking the sales record in Allegro could be easily accomplished provided similar furnishings and finishes were offered on a higher floor in a stack offering similar views to the “A” stack. This sale would need to occur in like market conditions as the current record-breaker.
