Historical Sales In Provence at Park Shore

The Most Notable Sale

As of January 16, 2024, the most notable sale in Provence at Park Shore occurred in February 2022. PH6 sold for $12,875,000 or $120,000 less than the full list price. While this condominium had been remodeled, selections may not have coincided with what most of the beachfront prospect base would have considered desirable. This could have played a part as to why it took this condominium nearly three years to sell.

Breaking The Record

A record-breaker for Provence would likely require a robust market trend and/or a design that would speak to a higher percentage of the Provence at Park Shore buyer prospect base. While it’s not impossible to break this record, it would be more challenging than other luxury buildings in Park Shore. This sale would need to occur during peak market conditions like that of the current record holder.

The Best Deal In Provence

The lowest-priced sale occurred in December 2011, near the bottom of that selling cycle. #501 closed for $1,500,000 in 2011 for nearly $200,000 less than the asking price, thanks to the expert negotiating skills of that buyer’s agent, Shannon Lefevre, PA (LOL)
