Cap Ferrat at Pelican Bay is arguably one of the most luxurious Pelican Bay luxury high-rise condos located "on the berm" at 6597 Nicholas Blvd. Naples, Florida. Cap Ferrat was completed in 2002 when money was relatively easy to acquire. The finishes are unlike any other building in Pelican Bay proper and are best compared to Trieste at Bay Colony, where prices are substantially higher.

There are 22 floors and six west-facing stacks with a total of 111 condos. All condos come with at least 2 under building deeded parking spaces. Ceiling heights are 9'. Unique features and attributes about Cap Ferrat include private and secured elevator access that opens directly into each condo to avoid shared entries. Incredible amounts of cast stone and marble were used throughout. Old-world style finishes like rich marble and dark wood cabinetry provide unique Old World style detail throughout the common areas here. At the same time, a 12' x 26' painting of Louis IV with the Royal Academy of Science is proudly displayed and makes an impactful statement upon entry.
If you prefer modern or transitional decor, you might consider Montenero at Pelican Bay. Many condo buildings in Pelican Bay have already undergone a sizeable and expensive overhaul. Although Cap Ferrat will require maintenance and freshening as time goes on, it may not require the millions of dollars other condominium associations have spent to keep up with more temporary design trends.
Views
All condos offer west-facing views to capitalize on potential Gulf of Mexico views. Ribbon views of the Gulf of Mexico begin on the 5th floor, and the water views increase with elevation.
