Only one photo of the lanai space overlooking the Gulf of Mexico view was submitted. Remarks mentioned a renovation complete with Bosch and Thermodor appliances and white oak flooring. Other improvements were also mentioned. The buyer either paid cash or did not require a mortgage contingency and was assisted by a John R. Wood REALTOR during the purchase.
