St. Raphael at Pelican Bay is a multi-structure subdivision featuring high-rise condos and attached villas. St. Raphael is located on the north-central side of Pelican Bay off Pelican Bay Boulevard.

The St. Raphael Features
The St. Raphael high-rise condo is considered a high-density condominium featuring 20 floors and 159 condos within nine stacks. It was completed in 2000. Because of the building design, residents share elevators with only one other unit except for stacks 7, 8, and 9, which two other residents share. The 8th stack does not have east-facing views of the golf course like all other units in the building.
St. Raphael attached villas are located in front of the high-rise building, and all feature private garages and cocktail pools. Villa owners are permitted to use the amenities associated with the high-rise. Access to the high-rise amenities is located in the garages of the attached villas, where owners can walk through the underground parking garage to access the building.
Views
Views of the Gulf of Mexico begin on the 4th floor. The impact of those views becomes more prevalent as the floor height increases. All stacks except the 8th have east-facing views of the Pelican Bay golf course and surrounding area, provided you are high enough in the building.
Policies
St. Raphael at Pelican Bay property owners are permitted to lease their units out three times per year with 30-day minimums and is considered a pet-friendly condominium.
