Avalon at Pelican Bay Floor Plans
The floor plans in Avalon at Pelican Bay are diverse, more so here than in any other location. Here’s a breakdown of each plan and what others have said during my showing experience.
The Brittany is another second-floor unit with steps featuring a smaller footprint and features two bedrooms.
The Canterbury is a first-floor plan featuring flexibility for two or three bedrooms and offers a corner screened lanai.
The Camelot: This floor plan is the largest unit and is exceptional for our Pelican Bay residents, who are agile and willing to climb three flights of stairs. There is no elevator access in any units in Avalon so if stairs are an issue, please consider one of the first-floor units. Up to three bedrooms can be easily accommodated with one bedroom opportunity on the second floor.
The Guinevere plan is the smallest of all of the floor plans in Avalon and one of the smallest units in Pelican Bay. It features 1,274 square feet. Many of my clients decide this unit is often “too small,” but those who do not require a great amount of space like the floor plan. Remember that two-bedroom units can be tougher to resell depending on the market conditions.
