The Most Notable Sale

As of July 23, 2022: The most notable sale in Avalon at Pelican Bay closed in June 2022. 8375 Excalibur Circle #I5 sold unfurnished after 7 days of market time for $945,000 for $20,000 over the full list price. This condo had some recent improvements but would not have been considered by most prospective buyers as completely updated. It offered a pretty south-facing lake view.

Breaking The Record

To break the record in Avalon, a recently renovated condo with popular high-end finishes appealing to the highest percentage of prospective buyers would likely need to occur during similar market conditions as the 2021-2022 peak market trend. A condo offering a terrific view would likely be necessary. While the floor plan size would not require a large floor plan, it would certainly lend a hand to this achievement.

There are two condos in Avalon presently offered for more than the record-breaking price today. One property looks like it offers enough to break the current record. Stay tuned for more information on the results of this sale.

Most Affordable

The least expensive Avalon at Pelican Bay condo sold in October 1997. 8370 Excalibur Circle #J3 closed unfurnished for $135,000 after 234 days on the market. This unit was described as "many upgrades throughout," but no visual representation was recorded.
