Pelican Bay Pre-Season ResultsPelican Bay statistics

Pelican Bay pre-season saw a 22% increase in sales activity compared to last year!  Rolling into the season with just six months of inventory was a bit alarming but there’s no reason to fret now. We have some outstanding offerings and some pretty good pricing so both buyers and sellers should be in a pretty great position to buy and sell plenty of Pelican Bay real estate this year.

Pelican Bay didn’t see that typical summer slowdown which helped clear out some huge inventory. Some sellers who went off the market at the end of last season were abundantly surprised to hear they may have missed some selling opportunity this summer. This type of selling traffic is typical during a really hot market but not so much during slower times in the trend.


Pelican Bay Website Statistics

• Traffic on Shannon.com for Pelican Bay search terms are up 11% compared to the same time last year. Buyers are signing up for new listing alerts and market reports.
• Buyers are spending 16% less time checking out what’s for sale which could be a sign the market is cooling a little.
• Pelican Bay villa views are up 95% compared to last year. villas heated up first during the rise of the last trend!
• Pelican Bay condo views are up 69% compared to last year.
• Pelican Bay home views are down 52% compared to last year.
• The most searched neighborhood in Pelican Bay is St. Raphael. Last year it was Avalon.
By the way, Shannon.com is placing on the first page of Google for over 200 Pelican Bay related search terms! Yaaassss!!!
