As of January 16, 2024, the most notable Interlachen at Pelican Bay villa sale occurred when 6750 Pelican Bay Blvd. #1101 sold unfurnished for $2,325,000 or $225,000 more than the full list price in May 2022 after six days on the market. This attached villa had recently undergone an extensive renovation, including new kitchens, baths, flooring, lighting, and more. This villa featured 1979 square feet of living space, two bedrooms, a den, and two baths, and a two-car garage. This property would have appealed to a high percentage of Interlachen prospective buyers.

The most notable Interlachen at Pelican Bay condo sale occurred when 6760 Pelican Bay Blvd. #324 sold partially furnished for $979,000 for full price in July 2021 on the first day of the listing. This unit had been updated over the course of time but would not have been what most Interlachen buyers considered to offer the most current finishes. Granite tops, chiseled-edged marble, and carpet flooring are a few giveaways. This unit featured 2,311 square feet, three bedrooms, and two baths. While slightly outdated, it appeared to be in fresh condition and well-maintained.

Breaking the villa sales record in Interlachen would likely require a recent remodel utilizing high-end finishes. A furniture package might assist with this endeavor.
