Condo Offerings In Bay Colony
Beachfront
All Bay Colony beachfront condos offer incredible views of the Gulf of Mexico, except for condos located on low floors due to vegetation or pool cabana encumbrance. Direct access to the beach is also available at each Bay Colony beachfront building. The least busy beachfront starts with the southernmost building, Contessa and Carlysle, and Biltmore with the most active beachfront property being located at Windsor and Remington, where overflow from the Bay Colony beach club and Ritz Carlton can be experienced during high-traffic times like major holidays.
Off Beach
There are 4 Bay Colony high-rise condominiums located a few blocks away from the Bay Colony beach club. Residents are welcome to walk or drive to the Bay Colony beach club where valet service is offered. Marquesa, a low-density building is located furthest from the beach. Toscana and Salerno are located next door and Trieste (the newest Bay Colony high-rise) is located closer to the sand.
Mid-Rise
Mansion La Palma is the only mid-rise condominium featuring western views of the Gulf of Mexico on higher floors and positioned directly east of the Bay Colony tennis facility.
Bay Colony Condo Association Procedures
Please ask about remodeling and construction restrictions if you are preparing to remodel a Bay Colony condominium. It is wise to purchase no later than December if you plan a complete renovation. The highest acclaimed contractors and designers may be difficult to obtain after the beginning of the year due to tight scheduling.
There are lengthy permitting procedures. Please allow yourself plenty of time if planning permitted work. Consider closing no later than February to meet all permitting obligations to complete work during typical Bay Colony construction periods.
