Pictured to the right, shows the view from the 18th floor at Remington. Many clients have a predisposed preference for floor height before touring properties. For those who are unsure, if you imagine seeing mainly water with less vegetation, you will likely prefer higher floors. For those of you who want more beach activity in your direct line of sight and/or more vegetation, you might prefer lower floors.
The southwest exposure of the ’01 stack is the most desirable stack in the building not only because of the abundance of natural light but also the unencumbered views enhanced by the absence of high-rise presence directly to the south of Remington. Even though the ’04 stack is a more desirable end unit, carry-over noise from entertainment from the Ritz Carlton can create an added benefit or difficulty depending on the type of experience you desire. If you prefer a more vibrant lifestyle, you will likely see the positive attributes of this location. If you are in search of a quieter, tranquil experience, you might consider a unit on the other side of the building or perhaps another Bay Colony beachfront condo further south along the beachline.
